In this debate we discussed the effects of climate change on society and the environment.

　In the first part we observed and commented some photos of the devastation caused by the extreme weather phenomena in Europe. In the second part we discussed the Paris Agreement and the outcomes of the recent COP26 Climate Change Conference. In particular, we talked about the EU commitment to climate change. In the third part of the debate the students discussed the effect of climate change, the commitment of countries and institutions such as Japan and the EU and the role of activists as small groups. In the final part of the meeting the students shared the main points they discussed in the groups.
