European economic crisis led to a rise in Eurosceptic parties that oppose the EU and European integration. Populist parties that claim to represent the ordinary citizens and their interests tend to be nationalist and opposed to the EU's goals and policies  (e.g. closer economic union, more cooperation in Eurozone, more immigration).
Do you think that the EU should be concerned about the rise of populism? Or should we rather see populism as a positive force for the European democracy?
Join us for the English debate and let us hear what you think!
