Europe is facing rapid demographic changes, particularly due to the ageing of society. The 'greying of Europe' poses a huge challenge for policy-makers and employer to reform the current systems.
In this session, we want to discuss whether Europe should be afraid of population ageing, or if a healthy old-age society is a big opportunity. We hope to cover a wide range of topics related to ageing, including pensions, the dependency rate, labour shortages, migration and ageing as new business sector.

Join us for our English debate and let us hear your opinions and thoughts.
