EU lecture for high school teachers "EU:current challenges and future" was held on 27 May

On Friday 27 May 2016, Jean Monnet CoE organised a lecture entitled "EU:current challenges and future". The lecture for high school teachers was given by Associate Prof. Eva Hanada from the Centre for EU Academic Collaboration. The lecture outlined the EU integration process and pointed out some problems faced by the EU in recent years, such as low growth, North-South divide, possibility of the so-called Brexit and the refugee crisis.
The lecture, which had 21 participants and was followed by a lively Q&A session, provided a very valuable opportunity to learn about the EU's current issues. Jean Monnet CoE will regularly organise lectures for high school teachers.
