The 3rd completion ceremony of Kobe University Programme for European Studies (KUPES) was held on 22 March 2019. Nineteen students, four belonged to the faculty of Intercultural Studies, eight majored in Law, and seven majored in Economics, completed the KUPES.

After certificates were handed over to each student, they addressed their speeches individually. In the presentations, one student stated that she struggled with assignments of the KUPES courses but coped with them gradually, and this made her easier when studying at a partner university in Europe. Another student asserted that it was reassuring to visit KUPES members who were also studying in Europe and to encourage each other. The other student talked that he studied harder because he had folks who were highly motivated, and he was inspired by them. Overall, the graduates were strongly satisfied with the KUPES and they gained great experience helping each other through the programme.

At the end of the ceremony, the faculty members celebrated the completion of the KUPES and the graduates were expected to succeed in their future studies/careers progressively.
