Intercultural Studies Study Abroad Program –ICSSAP-(Intercultural Studies Study Abroad Program)

Intercultural Studies Study Abroad Program (ICSSAP) is a program that aims to develop global exports of problem solving, and it aims to equip the student with the skills of identifying programs, comparing them with Japan, and overcoming the problems. At the Faculty of Intercultural Studies, as of April 2016, overseas exchange education is conducted with 44 universities located across 22 countries and regions.

  • Participation in cultural experiences for overseas students

Skills and qualifications gained by students returning from overseas education programs

  • Accreditation of units earned at overseas institution (within 30 units)
  • Enhanced language skills (English skills standard: TOEIC 760 / TOEFL iBT 80)
  • Social contribution (contribution to reverse education and developing global perspective)

Announcement about changes in entrance examination method

From 2016 session, we have adopted recommendation entrance exam where the score of TOEFL iBT is used. (No. of positions: 10)
